1: Model Systems Tour (REQUIRED)

This web field trip is intended to give the student links to all spinal cord injury model systems. Presently, there are 14 systems and 5 Form II centers sponsored by the National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research, Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services, U.S. Department of Education. The programs serve as a Model for the treatment of SCI, conduct data collection, and participate in research. Each program has unique components. Please visit several of the following sites to familiarize yourself with the information provided by each.
